    I had a seamless experience at Curran. My salesman, Eric, was great! He was knowledgeable, engaging and kind. He answered all of our questions and made the out of state purchase a breeze. The manager, Sean, was also available and helpful. And, Barbara, the finance woman was fantastic! She was able to get me a low rate and bundle the add-ons that I wanted. These professionals truly work as a team to provide excellent customer service!

    Lack of communication throughout the process was very frustrating. I called on two occasions to check on status, and the second time (not long before service closed for the evening), they said it was just finished and I should leave immediately in order to arrive before closing if I wanted to pick it up today. In all instances of getting service here, I feel like the people act like they are doing me a favor. Last time they told me the person in charge of my car went home sick so they lost track of things and that was why it took all day. This time it was supposed to be a morning appt but they said it was a very time consuming project so it would likely take the whole day. Have just lost confidence in them given the delivery and attitude of the people I am talking with. In fact I have driven VW cars for MANY years and am turning this in asap and getting a different car...much of the reason because the service is awful
