    Todd was a great salesman. He did not make me feel pressured and was so patient with me. We have never leased before and Barbara was great at explaining the process. Overall the experience was easy and I absolutely love my new car.

    The guys at Curran VW's service department were very easy to work with both over the phone and in person. They were very pleasant and informative. They answered every question I had and when I left they printed out the information I needed to take home.

    Customer care provided at the service department was excellent. My second time taking my car to the dealer since I bought a certified VW Arteon 10 months ago. Had an issue with the wheel locks that came either the car and problem solved. Thanks to the service dept manager Shawn who kept me updated throughout the whole process and status of my repair. Will definitely bring back the car for service in the near future.

    The wipers, despite the switch being "off", come one randomly daily, no matter the weather. I brought this to the dealers attention; unfortunately they were not able to replicate the issue. The response was "keep us posted if it continues". As soon as i drove off the lot, it started doing it again. i'm not happy with this car.

It seems like there may have been some miscommunication about the functionality of your car. There is a function on the car that can automatically turn on the wipers if dirt is blocking the IQ.DRIVE camera's functionality. This can make the wipers turn on "out of the blue" unexpectedly. Regarding them not turning on during the rain, you will need to manually engage the wipers into auto-mode before they will begin to respond to rain on the windshield. Please bring your vehicle back in so we can show you this functionality and ensure 100% that it's working as intended.
