    I needed to get a new key fob for my car. When I went in to order I was told that it would take 3-5 days - it took 8. When I ordered I asked why the hard key wouldn't unlock my car. I was told sometimes they don't mill the keys correctly (keep in mind I bought the car from this dealership). So when the key finally arrived I was told it didn't include the hard key in the new Key Fob and that I should've been told to order that one. I specifically spoke to the parts and service areas together and no one mentioned this once. I then had to wait another 3-5 business days (8 days again) and had to rent a car for this period due to the service/parts areas mistake. This is unacceptable, especially considering I've bought 6 cars from this dealership....I definitely won't due to the lack of attention and unwillingness to reimburse me for any of the inconvenience. The service manager Sean was very polite and professional but I still didn't receive any compensation for the time and expense I had to endure from their mistake.

    A/C only blowing hot air so brought in for service. Picked up the car and was told the issue was resolved. Drove off the lot with A/C still blowing hot air. Returned the next day and they told me the technician left early for the day so they couldn’t get me another appointment for a week.
