    Great experience. Staff was very nice and helpful. It was a busy day but the only thing I'd like for them to add. After you signed all documents walk the customer to the car and ser them off.

    1) Technician took the time to make sure the item wasn't working properly & replaced it. 2) the Service Advisor took the time to inform us that our current Pre-Certified warranty was about to expire & We should talk to Barbarba about options. 3) Barbara took the time to inform us that getting another extended warranty wasn't really the best way, possibly leasing a new Jetta would be.

    I needed to get a new key fob for my car. When I went in to order I was told that it would take 3-5 days - it took 8. When I ordered I asked why the hard key wouldn't unlock my car. I was told sometimes they don't mill the keys correctly (keep in mind I bought the car from this dealership). So when the key finally arrived I was told it didn't include the hard key in the new Key Fob and that I should've been told to order that one. I specifically spoke to the parts and service areas together and no one mentioned this once. I then had to wait another 3-5 business days (8 days again) and had to rent a car for this period due to the service/parts areas mistake. This is unacceptable, especially considering I've bought 6 cars from this dealership....I definitely won't due to the lack of attention and unwillingness to reimburse me for any of the inconvenience. The service manager Sean was very polite and professional but I still didn't receive any compensation for the time and expense I had to endure from their mistake.
