Overall, process took a little longer than I would have liked, but really appreciate Sean (Curran) working with us to provide a loaner car which was so helpful considering the car that needed repairs is our family car and we have two kids under 3.

I just bought my pre owned vehicle less than three months ago. I have had the car worked on and it seems they keep for a bit of time w/ no loaner in sight or I have to come back two months later to schedule something major to be fixed to have a loaner. The hours of service is not great. The service guys are nice but there really no happiness in their job. You can see how they address people.

Need more loner car

Excellent customer care began with an email Special June Sale Announcement for new 2025 VW's. Excellent Sales Manager's immediate response answered my internet query, then my further response per phone she assigned a Sales Consultant assisting further, both were professional, respectful, informative, honest, and dedicated to quality service. He interacted with the Service Department, receiving a reasonable quote for my former VW, if I decided whether using it for a trade, when I made my purchase. Finance person interacted as a harmonious team with same quality attributes listed with Final paperwork as did the Service Department co-ordinating my current 2015 Jetta SE's regular Service due, respecting my decision gifting my 2015 Jetta SE to a family member when taking delivery of my purchased 2025. Was given technology assistance before I drove my new 2025 Jetta SE home. Good follow-up a few days later if was pleased with my new Jetta, or needed any further new techniques assistance. Very positive experience interacting with all from Curran VW in Stratford CT.
