First oil change and tire rotation appointment was at 8 am. But due to cars still on lift from the nite before it took 2 hrs and 45 min. In the future I would hope they would call me prior to inform me. Everyone nice- and kept me updated but very long wait.

I left my car at Curran VW for 30k service. I paid over $800. When I picked up my car, the check engine light was on. Nobody alerted me to why it was on… or addressed it. I called the service department and was informed that the specialists were not investigating the issue bc if wasn’t inlcuded in the 30k service. I would have to bring the car in AGAIN. No loaner cars available. This is a huge inconvenience for my family with young kids and 2 working parents. I expressed my dissatisfaction with what had happened, no explanation or effort to correct the problem made. Very disappointed, but also do not expect to see any action as a result of this survey
